Visitor Registration & Liability Release Form

All guests and visitors to the Texas Pool must have a signed Visitor Registration & Liability Release Form on file upon admission to the Texas Pool facility. Please encourage your guests to do this before arriving at the pool to help speed up the admission process. Minor children must have a form signed by the parent/guardian to be permitted to swim.

Cabana Reservations

Our two cabanas are now FREE to use on a first-come, first-serve basis when there are no reservations. Paid reservations are available if you’d like guaranteed access to a cabana during regular pool hours.

Guests who are using the space without a paid reservation may be asked to move 30-60 minutes before a paid reservation begins.

Reservations can be made online or at the front desk. They include the exclusive use of the shade structure and a picnic table or loungers. Pool admission is not included.

Your paid reservation fee and email confirmation will hold your reservation date and time. Reservations are not guaranteed unless payment is received. Unpaid bookings may be deleted after 24 hours.

Reservations are non-refundable. They may be rescheduled because of bad weather at the Texas Pool’s discretion.

Check-In and Check-Out

Please check in for your reservation at the Texas Pool front desk. The lifeguards may ask to see your confirmation email for proof of payment.

You and your guests will be given dated wristbands for access to the cabana during your stay. Limit 10 people per cabana.

All cleanup must be complete and all guests must leave the cabana at the end of the reservation time. Trash is to be placed in the containers provided by the city of Plano. Lifeguards can provide additional trash bags, a water hose or any necessary cleaning equipment.

Food and Drinks

You are allowed to bring in your own food, non-alcoholic drink & decorations. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed. Any group caught with alcohol will be asked to leave immediately and all payments forfeited to the Texas Pool. Glass or ceramic containers are not allowed on the grounds.

Inappropriate Behavior

The Texas Pool is a family pool. Rowdy behavior, swearing, abusive language, inappropriate gestures, excessive PDA (public displays of affection) and lewd behavior are not permitted on the premises. First offense will result in a one day suspension. The second offense will result in a three day suspension and telephone notification to parents and/or guardian. The third offense will result in a family meeting before the board of directors to determine if revocation of’ membership is warranted. If a date has been set to meet with the board and the family members do not attend the meeting, termination of membership is automatic.

All other Texas Pool Rules & Regulations adopted by the board of directors will apply. Under the corporate bylaws, they are to be enforced by the Texas Pool staff.
