Try our new water aerobics classes on Saturdays in July

Join us at 10 a.m. on Saturdays in July for new Shallow Water Aerobics classes with instructor Emily Duval.

This 45-minute, low impact class is designed to help improve your cardiovascular endurance, strength & muscle tone, range of motion and flexibility while using water resistance. It’s for all ages and abilities, no swimming skill required. Exercises will be performed in chest-deep water.

Required Equipment: Pool Noodle

Optional Equipment: Water resistance gloves, foam hand weights/buoys
