It’s official. We’re now one of Plano’s historic landmarks

Earlier this month, the Texas Pool’s application for the City of Plano’s Heritage Landmark Designation passed the presentation and subsequent City Council vote.

That means the Texas Pool is now officially a historic landmark in Plano!

Heritage Landmark Sites are designated properties that have significant historical value to the city and to the community.

There were 34 historical properties in Plano that are designated as Heritage Landmarks. The Texas Pool is now the 35th.

Thank you to the Texas Pool Foundation, the City of Plano, especially the Heritage Commission and Planning Team, and all who have supported this effort.
