We’re proud to announce our participation in this year’s North Texas Giving Day. This year’s event culminates on Thursday, September 18, but giving through the website opens this Thursday!
Your involvement fuels us each year to be able to give back and do more. We are writing today to ask you to save the date for the opening of North Texas Giving Day, this Thursday, August 28.
Last year, together with your North Texas neighbors, you helped us raise $350 which went to the replacement of the perimeter lighting at the Texas Pool. This year, we have a goal to raise $1500 to support the lifeguards at the Texas Pool but we can’t do it without you.
Thanks to help from generous givers and sponsors, Communities Foundation of Texas covers all transaction and technology fees. This means that 100% of your gifts on NorthTexasGivingDay.org go directly to local nonprofits.
So, mark your calendar, and plan to give beginning Thursday, August 28 through September.
