Join us at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday nights from June 28 – July 26 and at 10 a.m. on July 29 for new Shallow Water Aerobics classes with instructor Emily Duval.

This 45-minute, low impact class is designed to help improve your cardiovascular endurance, strength & muscle tone, range of motion and flexibility while using water resistance. It’s for all ages and abilities, no swimming skill required. Exercises will be performed in chest-deep water.

Required Equipment: Pool Noodle

Optional Equipment: Water resistance gloves, foam hand weights/buoys
