Installing a spacer leveling kit on your Dodge Ram 1500 can create problems if not done correctly. Zone has designed this leveling kit to address all the known issues on the 2006-2011 Dodge Ram 1500 trucks equipped with leveling kits. In order to maintain the integrity of the ball joint, the Zone 2.5" leveling includes replacement upper control arms that dwarf the factory arms and provide a larger range of motion with the new ball joint. The ball joint position is adjusted to keep it in a neutral position with 2" to 3" of lift. The upper control arms are used to prevent binding which occurs with the stock upper control arms after the addition of leveling spacers. The Zone upper control arms are fully welded and made from 1/8” steel and CNC-machined bushing and ball joint cups. They include OEM style rubber bushings for long, service-free life and to reduce noise, vibration and harshness.
