Opening Day & National Moment of Remembrance

Celebrate freedom and honor America’s fallen heroes with a party at the historic Texas Pool on Memorial Day.

The gates will be open on Monday, May 29 from noon to 6 p.m. Admission is $10 per person. Texas Pool members get in FREE.

Visitors will enjoy raffles, traditional pool games, and a photo booth. Camp chairs, canopies, and coolers (non-alcoholic) are welcome.

The snack bar will be open and a food truck will be parked outside the pool. A portion of the sales will benefit the Texas Pool Foundation.

Our National Moment of Remembrance starts just before 3 p.m. with a flag ceremony presented by Scouts BSA Troop 259 and a local bugler. A short Eagle Scout water safety presentation will follow it.
