Visitor Registration & Liability Release Form

All guests and visitors to the Texas Pool must have a signed Visitor Registration & Liability Release Form on file upon admission to the Texas Pool facility. Please encourage your guests to do this before arriving at the pool to help speed up the admission process. Minor children must have a form signed by the parent/guardian to be permitted to swim.

Cabana Reservations

Cabanas are available for rent during regular pool hours. Reservations include the exclusive use of the shade structure and a picnic table. Pool admission is not included.

Reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis and will be handled by the Texas Pool. They can be made online in advance or at the front desk.

Your paid reservation fee and email confirmation will hold your reservation date and time. Reservations are not guaranteed unless payment is received. Unpaid bookings may be deleted after 24 hours.

Reservations are non-refundable. They may be rescheduled because of bad weather at the Texas Pool’s discretion.

Check-In and Check-Out

Please check in for your reservation at the Texas Pool front desk. The lifeguards may ask to see your confirmation email for proof of payment.

You and your guests will be given dated wristbands for access to the cabana during your stay. Limit 10 people per cabana.

All cleanup must be complete and all guests must leave the cabana at the end of the reservation time. Trash is to be placed in the containers provided by the city of Plano. Lifeguards can provide additional trash bags, a water hose or any necessary cleaning equipment.
